2. Booking Requests Are Not Confirmed Bookings

Submitting a form, selecting a DJ, or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not create a binding artist booking, guarantee availability, reserve a date, or establish final pricing. A booking becomes effective only when the parties complete the separate confirmation, agreement, deposit, payment, or other requirements communicated by Born2Party.

3. Artist Availability and Event Information

Artist profiles, genres, locations, media, availability and service descriptions may change. You are responsible for providing accurate event information. Final scope, timing, fees, travel requirements, technical requirements, cancellations and other event-specific terms will be addressed separately when applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

The Born2Party name, site design, original text and other site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Artist names, photographs, music, videos, logos and third-party materials may belong to their respective owners and are displayed subject to the rights or permissions applicable to those materials.

The website may link to third-party websites or services. Born2Party does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their separate content, availability, security or privacy practices.
